What shipping options do you offer?
We offer a variety of shipping options for orders within the contiguous United States:
- Standard Ground Shipping: Typically arrives within 5-7 business days after order processing.
- PO Box Shipping: Typically arrives within 5-7 business days after order processing.
- Expedited Shipping: Faster delivery in 3-5 business days after order processing.
- 2-Day Shipping: Guaranteed delivery within two business days after order processing.
- Overnight Shipping: Get your order delivered the next business day after order processing.
- For orders outside the contiguous U.S., we provide standard shipping via USPS Priority Mail.
- How long does it take to ship my order?
- It typically takes 1-3 business days for our warehouse to process an order and same-day shipping is not guaranteed. Orders placed late on Friday and over the weekend won’t ship until Monday at the earliest. Orders with express shipping receive priority picking and packing at our warehouse.
I put in the wrong shipping address, how can I correct it?
Please email our customer support team at [email protected] with ‘Urgent’ in the subject line and the correct shipping address included.

What is your return policy?
We’re happy to offer a 100 Night Trial for products purhcased on solracdealz.com. If, for whatever reason you aren’t happy, we’re happy to exchange or refund your purchase.
Exchanges and refunds in the form of store credit will be eligible for free returns. Please allow 2 weeks for the refund to appear in your account.

To return a gift, please click the “Gift Returns & Exchanges” button on the Returns and Exchanges page. We will need the order number, shipping address, email, or name of the purchaser to process your gift return. We’re happy to provide you with store credit, but we can’t imagine why you’d want to return such a thoughtful gift!
